Add your business and we check it's eligible. Then verify yourself as the owner — a selfie, a photo of your driver's licence, and your mobile number. It takes a couple of minutes and you're ready to transact. If your business has related parties, each of those needs verifying too.

No subscription and no account fees — you only pay for what you use. There's a fixed fee, shown in full before you commit, when you spread a payment over time, draw working capital or redraw a paid bill — and a small capped fee when an invoice you've sent is paid. Paying bills in full by bank transfer or PayID costs nothing. Cloudfloat Pro is a yearly membership rather than a subscription: it's there when you want member rates, a guaranteed funding limit and Working Capital.

If you're an established Australian business that has been GST registered for at least six months, yes. We work with every industry — there's no shortlist of sectors.

Payments run through Stripe, our payments partner, so no card or bank credentials are ever stored on our systems. Every payment is reviewed before it moves.
