Working Capital is now available for customers with an approved funding limit.

Access extra cash when your business needs it, without tying up the money sitting in your bank account. Use it to pay invoices or repay instalments through Cloudfloat, and keep your own cash free for everything else.

Funds are credited to your Wallet in under 60 seconds — no application, no paperwork. Choose a 6 or 9 month term with monthly repayments. You get a 14-day grace period on each repayment, and all fees are shown upfront before you draw.

To get started, open the new Funding area in the app.

You can now add and manage multiple businesses under the same Cloudfloat account.

Switch between businesses from the account menu to pay invoices, send invoices, and manage each business separately, all without signing in and out.

To add another business, open the account menu and click New business. Setup takes 3 simple steps and less than a minute to complete.

We’ve rebuilt the Dashboard to make it easier to understand where you stand, what’s coming up, and what needs your attention.

You’ll get a quick view of your Wallet balance and 7-day cash position, with alerts when you’re short and a clear “how much you need” number. We’ve also added cash runway, so you can see how long your funds will last at your current pace.

To help you plan ahead, you’ll now see monthly cashflow trends with a simple net view. And for a higher-level snapshot, we’ve brought key performance signals into one place: funding available (if eligible), money in and out this month compared to last month, outstanding and overdue invoices, and a revenue forecast for next month.

Your Wallet is now a dedicated page — your central hub for managing your Cloudfloat business account.

We’ve built out the Wallet experience to give you complete control over your funds. View your full transaction history with powerful filters to find exactly what you need. Access your BSB and account details, copy your PayID email with one click, add funds whenever you need them, and set up auto refill so your Wallet always has what you need to keep business moving.

This isn’t just a feature update — it’s about making your Wallet the default way you manage money in Cloudfloat. Everything in one place, designed to work the way you do.

Cashback just got simpler

You now earn your 15% cashback after you repay all instalments—whether you paid via Wallet or card. Same great reward, simpler rule. No complexity, just cashback for completing your payments.

Your customers now have more ways to pay you. We’ve added PayID and BSB as payment options on all invoices, sitting alongside card and installment payments.

This means your customers can pay you directly from their bank account using the payment method they’re most comfortable with — no extra steps, no friction. Just faster payments and happier customers.

We’ve launched SplitLater, a new way to unlock working capital from invoices you’ve already paid.

You can now convert any payment made in full within the last 60 days into a flexible repayment plan of 60 to 120 days, giving your business extra breathing room — while your suppliers stay paid on time.

Whether it’s materials, stock, or services you’ve already covered, Split Later lets you reclaim liquidity and keep your cash flowing, directly inside Cloudfloat.

1. You’ve already paid a supplier in full
2. Choose that payment in Cloudfloat and activate Split Later
3. Your supplier stays paid — you instantly unlock working capital

We’re excited to announce a fantastic update to our instalment options! To make managing your cash flow even more affordable, the base fee for our 90-day ’Pay by instalments’ option has been permanently reduced by 1%. This allows you to utilise our flexible 90-day payment spread with even greater savings, putting more money back into your business when you need it most.

We’re making Cloudfloat even more flexible. Now you can choose to spread payments over up to 120 days, giving your business more breathing room to manage cash flow. This new option joins our existing 30, 60, and 90-day Pay Later terms, all with the same simple and seamless experience you know and love.

We’ve made paying invoices even easier. With our new Forward Email feature, you can now create draft payment requests simply by forwarding the invoice you want to pay.

We’ve listened to your feedback: it wasn’t always clear when suppliers would be paid. Now, with the redesigned payment process, you can see the entire timeline at a glance. From “in review” to “scheduled” and “paid,” each step is clearly outlined, giving you full transparency on when payments are expected.

These updates are designed to make your workflow faster, simpler, and more intuitive!

You can now effortlessly download your Remittance advice directly from the app. Once a payment request is marked as paid, simply click the download button to get your PDF instantly. We’ve also added a quick walkthrough to guide you through the process.

As always, we’ve fixed a few bugs to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We’ve just released a new Cloudfloat update, and the key feature is Bulk invoice upload. You can now upload multiple invoices at once, either by dragging and dropping your files or using the upload button - making invoice management much more efficient.
